Iligan Opportunities in Engineering and Technical Operations
MVC’s Iligan Plant is seeking qualified engineering professionals to support its operational improvements and development initiatives. These roles are designed for individuals with strong technical backgrounds, leadership qualities, and the ability to conduct strategic studies that maintain plant efficiency and reliability.
1. Technical Development Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct studies on operating problems, value analysis, plant reliability, and product development
- Validate economic feasibility of capital expenditure requests
- Supervise installation and dry-runs of process developments
- Mentor Technical Services Specialists through coaching programs
Mga kwalipikasyon:
- Registered Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in Production, Maintenance, or Industrial Engineering (production preferred)
- Experience in project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal relations, sound moral background
- Must pass physical and mental standards set by the Technical Department
2. Technical Services Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain efficient and economical plant operations
- Conduct studies on operational issues, feasibility of capital requests, and product/process development
Mga kwalipikasyon:
- Engineering graduate (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Civil, Electronics)
- Preferably a Registered Chemical or Mechanical Engineer
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Skilled in technical report writing
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal communication skills
