Position Details
- Position: Collection Associate (1)
- Place of Assignment: Dipolog Branch, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte
- Educational Background: Graduate of Business, Sales, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any related course
Key Responsibilities
Based on the posted role details, the Collection Associate is responsible for:
- Performing collection actions on receivable, overdue, and delinquent accounts
- Coordinating with the credit administration section for collection procedures
- Supporting legal processes related to account recovery when required
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in lending or collection operations is an advantage, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
