1. Project Lead – Media & Education Initiative (Remote, Part-Time to Full-Time)
This role focuses on operations and team coordination rather than content creation. Responsibilities include:
- Managing timelines, deliverables, and content calendars
- Coordinating with the Community Manager, Creative Asset Producer, freelancers, and leadership
- Running weekly check-ins and reporting project progress
- Ensuring assets, posts, and classes are delivered on schedule
- Maintaining documentation and clearing operational roadblocks
Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing remote teams.
2. Creative Asset Producer (Remote, Part-Time to Full-Time)
A hands-on creative role supporting the education and media output. Key tasks include:
- Designing branded social graphics
- Creating reusable templates for updates and promotions
- Formatting assets for IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and web
- Editing short-form video clips with captions
- Keeping creative assets organized weekly
- Ensuring consistent branding across all visuals
Strong Canva skills are preferred, with Adobe Suite experience as a plus.
3. Community Manager – Small Carrier Education Project (Remote, Part-Time)
This position drives engagement and support within the operator community. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming new members and guiding them through the platform
- Starting conversations around fuel, finance, maintenance, compliance, and related topics
- Answering questions or routing members to proper resources
- Posting weekly “What’s New” recaps
- Re-engaging inactive members and celebrating member successes
- Providing weekly insights and trends to leadership
Experience with online communities or customer success is beneficial.
